By accessing or using the AshkiWorks website (ashkiworks.com) or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the website.

2. Products & Descriptions

AshkiWorks sells a variety of 3D-printed products and accessories. We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, exact colour representation depends on your screen calibration and may vary slightly from the physical product.

All products are made to order. Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. At checkout, your payment will be processed in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. You will not be charged any amount beyond what you approve at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
• You are purchasing for personal use or as a legitimate gift

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. AshkiWorks does not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are business-day estimates only - they are not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please visit our Contact page and submit the form. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Handling time (the time between order confirmation and handoff to the carrier) is typically 1-3 business days.

In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to product designs, photographs, copy, logos, and graphics - is the property of AshkiWorks and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

Product designs inspired by vehicle silhouettes are original creative works. Any resemblance to official manufacturer imagery is incidental and no affiliation with or endorsement by any vehicle manufacturer is implied or claimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AshkiWorks and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or products
• Any errors or omissions in website content
• Delays or failures in delivery

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the right to receive goods that are of acceptable quality and fit for their described purpose.

3D-printed products are made from thermoplastic materials. They are decorative accessories and are not designed to withstand sustained exposure to extreme heat (e.g., direct sunlight inside a vehicle for extended periods), impact loading, or submersion in liquids.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
