This policy applies to all orders placed through ashkiworks.com.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition.
All returns require prior approval before being sent back.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund — in many cases, a return will not be required.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page and submit your request with your order number.
If approved, we will provide detailed next steps.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law or approved by AshkiWorks.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the request.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
